Service Policy
One of the strategic objectives of Biasi representation in Ukraine is the organization of effective service network throughout the territory of Ukraine, which would have been able to satisfy consumers' demands for rapid, high-quality and highly skilled maintenance of Biasi equipmwnt.
To realize this objective the company's management has chosen the path of mutually beneficial cooperation with the installing organizations that have in their structure a subdivision that can ensure the quality implementation of the service works. The scheme of cooperation is the creation of an authorized service center (hereinafter ASC) on the basis of partnership.
Partnership service centers should cover almost all the localities in which the customer purchases equipment of Biasi brand.
One of the main requirements for ASC is the presence in the center of professionally trained, experienced service technicians, decertified in the training center of Biasi Ukraine, and that have the necessary test equipment, able to quickly and accurately perform maintenance.
An important component of the service policy of our company is the technical training of specialists at all levels, involved in providing services to the consumer: vendors, installers, service engineers.
Biasi Ukraine in the implementation of service policies through ASC performs such functional obligations as:
• To reimburse ASC the costs for the warranty repairs (traffic, cost of works);
• To support the ASC’s work through partnership and loyalty programs by providing favorable conditions for cooperation;
• To provide technical consulting for installers and service technicians;
• To provide spare parts for warranty repairs timely and on free of charge basis;
• To check the availability and range of original spare parts in warehouses of ASC for their timely replenishment;
• To get ASC geographically closer to the end consumer.
Biasi Ukraine constantly evaluates the quality of its products and technical services using the most effective tool - a feedback from consumers.
These data will eventually become decisive in promotion of Biasi equipment on the Ukrainian market.
