Become a service partner
To become a service partner, you need to sign a contract for conducting maintenance of Biasi equipment. After that the partner receives the status of Authorized Service Center (ASC) performing services for maintenance of TM Biasi heating equipment.
Authorized Service Center (hereinafter ASC) is charged of the implementation of the full range of boilers servicing. It includes: exploitation commissioning, warranty repairs and after-warranty service.
Organization (company), which includes ASC should have:
• a valid license of "State build authority (Derzhbud) of Ukraine” and the resolution of territorial
control authority “Derzhgirpromnagliad” at the beginning of the implementation of works of
increased risk;
• At least two service technicians in the ASC trained and certified in the training center of FE Biasi
Ukraine;
• means of communication (telephone / fax, e-mail);
• transport means for arriving to the customer's premises for performing service maintenance of
equipment;
• stock of original spare parts in warehouses;
• relevant and auxiliary premises for performing service maintenance of equipment;
• equipment and tools necessary to perform any work related to the diagnosis / adjustment, as
well as preventing measures / repair of Biasi equipment;
• the necessary technical documentation.
Service engineers, ASC employees that perform service maintenance of Biasi equipment, should
Confirm the existence of:
• a valid certificate of training completion and admission to work with gas and electrical
installations;
• valid certificate of passed training over TM Biasi boiler equipment;
• the necessary skills, knowledge and experience in servicing the TM Biasi boiler equipment.
After signing The contract for conducting maintenance of Biasi equipment with FE «Biasi Ukraine", service center has the right to:
• call itself the "Authorized Service Center for technical maintenance of TM Biasi heating equipment» (ASC);
• receive compensation for costs of the warranty repairs (traffic, cost of works);
• the motivation of its work through partnerships and loyalty programs, which provide favorable conditions for cooperation;
• ASC staff can receive technical advices;
• timely and free of charge supply of spare parts for warranty repairs.
ASC undertakes to:
1. Perform skilled qulity works, established under the Contract, provide compliance with all requirements of technical documentation, operating regulations, safety regulations, approved prices
- In accordance with the procedural requirements of FE “Biasi Ukraine",
- In the time frame established by the legislation of Ukraine;
2. Run the documentation of warranty works, stipulated by the Contract, so that FE “Biasi Ukraine" could make an objective quality verification and to analyze the parameters of maintenance quality.
3.Timely present reports on the work.
A signed contract for conducting maintenance of Biasi equipment, automatically makes the service center a participant of “Service - Partner of Biasi” program. He is provided with a starter package "Standard Service", which contains the following set of favorable conditions of cooperation:
• discount on spare parts - 23%;
• opportunity to purchase goods on a deferred payment (the sum and the grace period are negotiated upon individually);
• training in the active training center of Biasi;
• the latest information about updates on product lines, special offers;
• Corporative newspaper "Service - Partner of Biasi»;
• cumulative system of bonuses and prizes;
• compensation for warranty repairs and equipment exploitation commissioning.
