In the end of August, as a result of cooperation of the Italian concern Biasi and domestic plant “ATONMASH", there was started a production of new electric boilers for heating systems. Reasonable price for the general population with European quality - a key advantage of novelty. Today, it is extremely topical for Ukraine, since by the end of the year gas for households and enterprises of communal heat power can rise in price by 20%, and the substitution of natural gas by cheaper "night" tariff of electricity - the priority of today. 

The new model Saetta will be represented on the market under the Biasi brand. As Lyudmila Arzybova, a Director of Biasi in Ukraine, noted, the decision to produce boiler in the domestic plant “ATONMASH" was taken in order to reduce the price of the product and reduce the path of its delivery to customers. 

Joint production of new product has become real thanks to the assistance of the International Association of Thermoenergetic companies IATEK. "We helped the domestic manufacturer to expand its production and product range, and foreign concerns - to find a worthy partner", - said Dmitry Chubenko,  a president  of IATEK, Advisor to Minister of Housing and Communal Management, Honored power engineer of Ukraine.

Electric boilers of 9 and 24 kW capacity will be produced on the unique for Ukraine "ATONAMASH” plant’s assembly line of wall-hung boilers, located in Krasilov (Khmelnytsky region). By the end of the year range line will be expanded with  boilers of 16 kW, the press-services of companies declare. "According to the technical project and engineering elaboration of  Biasi, a large-unit assembly of boilers will be carried out on a modern assembly line, as well as testing of finished products, thorough inspection of automatics and technical parameters of the boiler and packaging", - says Stanislav Golovnia, a Deputy.  This new electric boiler of a classical type, with a four-graded power control. A remote indirect heating  tank can be connected to the boiler. Designed by Biasi model features an attractive design, compact overall dimensions and small weight (height / width / depth - 745/368/236 mm, weight - 34 kg), so you can save space in the room - hang the boiler on the wall.

In addition, the competitive feature of a novelty – its easiness to install, provided by convenient location of working junctions. Thus, the control panel is placed at the bottom and the electronic board - at the top of the boiler body, which greatly facilitates the connection and maintenance of the boiler, saves time of installers and service men. For buyers’ consideration, in addition to an affordable price, the distinctive features of the product are its quietness, the possibility of cascading in order to increase performance and environmental issue (lack of harmful emissions and other smells at work). 

"Negotiations on the production of the boiler has been carried out with from the beginning of the year - says Lyudmila Arzybova - we have filled an application for production, provided the necessary documentation on the production technology, have formed a technical specifiction for a complete set. To be honest, it was rather difficult to choose a manufacturer in Ukraine, because Biasi has very high quality requirements. We had to make sure that the Ukrainian factory can produce products that meet the standards of the European manufacturer. Cooperating with "ATONMASH”, Biasi achieves its strategic goals – to be closer to the customer as much as possible and create new products of worthy quality and affordable for people. Due to ukrainian assembly this model of electric boilers will be more economical with a decent quality. Biasi  concern is planning to supply Ukrainian boiler through its network to other countries, including EU countries. "

Despite the modest volumes of production (by the end of 2009 it is planned to produce more than 1000 product units) the cooperation fact between European and domestic manufacturers speaks eloquently of the great credibility to the quality of work and appreciation of the technical capabilities of domestic plant.

 "This is not the first experience of manufacturing products for the independent heating systems under technical specifications of other brands. We produce products for customers from the Czech Republic, Russia, Bulgaria, - said Stanislav Golovnia.- Thanks to such orders as electric boiler for Biasi, the plant will maintain and create new job positions, which is especially important during the financial crisis.
