History of Biasi Concern
The Italian company Biasi, one of the world's leading manufacturers of heating equipment, was founded in 1938 by Leopoldo  Biasi in the Verona  city. In 1930s Leopoldo Biasi dreamed of creating technologies that will improve the quality of life. His dream began to come true in 1940 when at that time small workshop became possible to produce household and industrial boilers.
Biasi is developing rapidly and due to the constant engineering elaboration is gaining solid market position as a producers heat technologies. Its success was cemented in the late 50's, after running the production of radiators. Its own foundry for casting iron served as a basis for this.
In 1986, Biasi adds to its range of products a line for the production of wall hung  gas boilers in Pardenone, and also creates brand Savio for the housing sector products and air conditioning. Due to this cycle of production of the company becomes closed and self-sufficient, and together with researches and innovations, constant engineering know-how in production, it makes Biasi a leader of heating industry in Italy. This step was only a prelude to the conquest of the international market, which today the company confirms by an extensive network of technical and commercial representative offices in Europe and around the world. The dream of Leopoldo Biasi has come true, anticipating the expectations of the creator.
Today Biasi Group is a large multinational company, which unites seven companies: a network of specialized factories and foundries. Offices of Biasi operate in 40 countries around the world. Through work of professional employees worldwide, company offers the most advanced technological solutions and services that allow consumers to choose correctly and install the safety  heating equipment.
In Verona, besides the central office, there are factories of cast-iron heating equipment, which produce floor gas boilers, industrial boilers and radiators.
The pride of the company is its own foundry for casting iron – Fondver, which is also located in Verona. Investments in equipping the foundry, an overall area of which equals 150 thousand sq. m, at the time of its creation exceeded 3 million Euros in today's equivalent, allowing to complement it with the latest technologies. This is the only plant in the industry with robotics, which completely automates the production and allows to produce about 22 tons of processed  material per hour and 50 thousand tons of cast iron per year. The two automated lines of the plant melt cast iron sections, as well as aluminum and cast iron radiators. BIASI engineers have developed its own technology for the production of sand molds for melting cast-iron sections of heat exchangers, which minimize material consumption for connecting ducts. Continuous investments in technology, equipment and motivation of employees helped to create an efficient heat exchangers of high reliability. Quality of Biasi cast iron  is appreciated not only by end users but also by experts:  today, many manufacturers of boilers use in their products heat exchangers, developed and manufactured  by Biasi, when releasing products under their own brands. Due to this unique production today BIASI takes place among the three largest European leaders of iron casting, manufacturers of cast-iron heat exchangers and radiators.
At another factory in Verona, Biasi produces steel boilers and steam generators. Invaluable asset of the company is the amassed experience of designing and manufacturing efficient steel boilers since 1940.
Wall hung gas boilers are manufactured in a BSG factory  in Pordenone. Today the volume of production of this plant exceeds 150 thousand of boilers per year. During the assembly of boilers, BIASI uses both its own and prominent producers’ components, but at the same time, all the assembling solutions belong to the original design of Biasi engineers, and some components and circuits are the patented by the company know-how.
Today the range of equipment Biasi is a diverse range of heating products for both industrial and  domestic use.
Wall hung boilers range, produced by BIASI, is very wide – the range of possible capacities covers virtually the entire consumer spectrum. Those are wall hung and floor boiler for all types of fuel, single-circuit and double-circuit, with the natural and the forced diversion of combustion products are presented in a wide range of capacities and various modifications. Biasi concern produces: wall-hung gas boilers of 24-32 kW; floor gas boilers with an atmospheric burner and fan of 18 - 185 kW, condensing boilers of 24 - 55 kW, boilers for solid fuel of 25, 32 kW, steel industrial boilers of 105 - 4000 kW, indirect heating tanks at available volumes of 150-1000 l; aluminum, steel, cast iron radiators, decorative stone radiators and convectors; solar heating system, innovative heating technologies: energy towers and heat pumps.
Biasi Group is not limited to manufacture of heating equipment. Above that,  Biasi is engaged in projects related to real estate, as well as the production of a special railway equipment. One of the main features of the company - a clear and timely response to market needs, thus today Biasi is among the leaders. Thus in 2004 the total turnover of Biasi Group amounted to 214 million Euros.
In 2008, the Biasi Group made a decision towards a radical change in strategic direction: in 2009, the concern is promoting its equipment under the Biasi brand name. Consequently, a network of Biasi representative offices is actively expanding  worldwide.
